Summer is certainly shaping up to be Cosmonostro's season. Following stand-out releases by Phazz, Shiloh, Title, Atlas Bound, and My Nina to name to a few, the latest artist to get a boost from the French imprint is Paul Chin. This self-described "romance nouveau" is based in Toronto and manages to tell captivating tales throughout each album in his repertoire. His latest release, The Forest, grabs you from the first note and brings thoughts of passion and love to mind instantly. Maybe I'm feeling sentimental or maybe it's just the gelato that I'm digesting.
