EDITOR'S NOTE: This article was originally published when the Tories won a majority in 2015, but we feel the sentiment still applies, don't you?We know you are hurting. It's all over the news. Everything was looking pretty good for a newer, fairer government instead of one that lets people die in poverty, gradually dismantles our health service, and y'know banishes rainbows and stuff. Only as last night went on it quickly became clear that a group called the silent majority (who must be a new Hyperdub signing I haven't heard of) had snuck out at the last minute and locked us in for five more years of even worse austerity than the ones that preceded them.

My initial response, was to turn the disappointment into anger and jump into protest mode. But then I said to myself, "hold your horses" (which is how I address myself in times of crisis), this government, like them or not, have been voted in democratically. Also, they've only been back in power for a few hours so they haven't actually done anything to protest about, yet.So in the absence of an excuse to throw some paint at a billboard, we've compiled a list of fifteen tracks we feel are guaranteed to calm you right down. Just take a deep breath. Forget about all those welfare cuts, TTIP, the NHS, snooper charters, referendums…and lets go to a higher place.ORBITAL - BELFAST
