Panteros666 (Victor Watel) is so engorged with the Internet, it's like he's been feeding on GIFs, memes and all other forms hypnotic, web 1.0 kitsch through a drip tube. The turquoise-tressed Parisian, who grew up in the "cold and trashy" North of France, is a card-carrying member of the Club Cheval collective, and released his seven-track Hyper Reality EP on Brodinski's Bromance Records earlier this year. A digital wizard with an impartial eye towards electronica's teeming sub-genres, Panteros666 squeezes an impressive breadth of evil, industrial jams into this 34:30-minute mix. The corporate muzak stylings of Fatima Al-Qadiri, the screeches of Dutch jumpstyle, and the relentless military march of Plastikman are all part of Panteros' chaotic and narcotic apocalypse. As for his visuals, think Jerome LOL crossed with Pink Floyd. Wag your little demon tail while indulging in this hellish feast.
