Gent & Jawns' 'Turn Up' Turned Us into a Turnip

People talk about turning up and down like we're simple thermometers or something, like all you gotta do is flip a switch. Some people don't have that option. Some people wake up on 10, fist pump their way through breakfast and shuffle their way to the bus stop. They're perpetually in a state of turnt. We like to call these people turnips. Turnips love Gent & Jawns.

G&J's new EP, appropriately tiled Faded, comes out on Mad Decent tomorrow, and we've got that exclusive stream. There are really only three words to describe the whole thing: Really…fucking…rowdy.

The release opens up with a track called "Fireball" and things only get spicier from there. The G&J classic "Turn Up" is given a surprise big room rinse by Kill the Noise, and we've already gotten a pre-emptive hangover. You know what's a good hangover cure? Turnips. That's right.
