Clarian isn't shy to release on reputable labels. With Visonquest and Turbo Recordings already tucked under his belt, he's set to make his debut on a Canadian label, My Favorite Robot Recordings. The three track EP Wasting Away Again in Moderation adds to an MFR discography that is already laden with experimental, forward thinking electronic music. This release will have you brewing your favorite cup of coffee, turning on iTunes and daydreaming about the weekend before you know it.Like most artists found on MFR, Clarian doesn't pigeonhole himself into one genre or sound. Despite a variety of melodic and sonic content on this EP, the release is cohesive and possesses a kind-of tangible depth. The title track "Wasting Away Again in Moderation," is the one song that features vocals from Clarian. With this, he sets the stage for the simultaneously melancholic and optimistic theme threaded throughout the rest of the track list.
