Maya Jane Coles Gets Dark on her New Nocturnal Sunshine Video

Perfect for Post-Eclipse Britain

Maya Jane Coles has been at the forefront of UK dance music for a while now. Her atmospheric house-cuts and gloriously techy sets have seen Coles' star rise and rise. She's remixed everyone from Todd Terry to DJ T, The xx to Maceo Plex, released mixes for both the fabric and DJ-KiCKS franchises, played every sick club and incredible festival time and time again, and generally cultivated the kind of career 99.9999% of us dream about having.

2015 sees the release of her debut album under her darker, dubbier Nocturnal Sunshine pseudonym on her own I/AM/ME label. As a teaser, we've got an exclusive first-watch of the video for lead single "Take Me There." Directed by The Fashton's, this dank and mildly disturbing clip portrays another side of an artist who never shies away from progression.

Nocturnal Sunshine is released on I/AM/ME on May 25th. Pre-order it here.
