Making a whole lot more sense than it probably should, the nefarious underbelly of Twin Peaks has been transposed into a competitive scene of rising EDM producers thanks to some tidy visual fanfiction. Bobby Briggs pissed off that Laura Palmer is scoring higher billing? Sure, why not. James Hurley approaching Laura because he's DTF (down to footwork)? Makes sense. Plus now we have a more solid explanation for Laura's coke habit.

The video comes from the nascent Melbourne Dance Music Academy – M.D.M.A for short, naturally – a project bringing together artistic pursuits from a hub of multi-faceted underground artists to produce "cheeky edits, dirty re-works, bootleg remixes, exclusive originals and niche popcultural fanservice".
