The Absolut Company has joined the list of brands who are supporting artists on their own creative terms by starting a new initiative called Absolut Remix. On the last Friday of every month, the vodka makers are sponsoring a remix series and bringing musicians from different backgrounds to take part, including Mark Pritchard and Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, who contributed a collaborative track."Now:Now" showcases both the mellifluous arpeggiations and vocoder vocal work of Smith and the atmospheric ambient sweeps of Pritchard. The result is a lush oasis of sounds, that rare composition that has the listener discovering something new about it on each listen. "When is the time to go?" sings Smith. Perhaps they should stay around together a little longer to see what else they can create.Listen to it below.
