Red Bull Guest House in Miami is Going to Be Totally Insane

Check out the Guest House's full schedule, and don't forget to BYO rubber ducky.

The week in late-March leading up to Ultra Music Festival is practically a holiday in Miami. One that you celebrate with generous open bars, extremely tan strangers, and a general disdain for the concept of pants. An essential part of this tradition: the Red Bull Guest House, which dutifully transforms a different hotel each year into a bespoke party paradise. This time around, Red Bull will be occupying Sagamore, The Art Hotel in South Beach from March 26 to 29. Highlights include the debut of Seth Troxler's Big Tittie Surprise party with Jackmaster (don't ask, just go), a daytime pool party with Lil Wayne, Questlove, Hudson Mohawke, and Mannie Fresh, a late-night "Breakfast Club" party with Dixon and DJ Harvey, and a HARD showcase with Duke Dumont and Boys Noize b2b Destructo.

Guy Gerber, who will be kicking off the festivities with his RUMORS bash featuring Chromeo, Danny Tenaglia, and Chaim, told us that this will be "the party I'm most looking forward to so far this year."

"We're super excited to be bringing all of the tongue-in-cheek madness of Big Tittie Surprise' to Miami, in conjunction with our friends at Red Bull," said Seth Troxler, adding, "Leave your worries at the door, lets party like it's 1925. See you in the sunshine!"

Since all of this revelry will obviously necessitate some downtime, the Guest House will be playing music documentaries curated by the International Music Summit: 808, an homage to the beloved Roland drum machine, and Girl (not to be confused with the 1998 rock comedy of the same name). Each screening will come with a Q&A moderated by the directors.

If you've ever wanted to try Kevin Saunderson's meatballs, you'll finally get your chance. Traktor Cookery School is back with Saunderson, his son Dantiez, Fur Coat, Chris Liebing and Joseph Capriati whipping up poolside feasts for select guests. (No guarantee that Saunderson will actually make meatballs, but this is a case where DJ requests will not be a terrible idea.) Elsewhere in the hotel, RBMA Radio will be airing live interviews and DJ sets, with a daily special devoted to the legends of Miami Bass.
