Los Angeles producer Skrillex is set to play at a Southside Chicago festival called Magnificent Coloring Day, organized by frequent collaborator Chance The Rapper as part of his Magnificent Coloring World Tour. The Windy City is the rapper's hometown, so he's lined up an appropriately gargantuan lineup for the celebration that also includes Lil Wayne, Alicia Keys, 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Lil Uzi Vert and Tyler, the Creator. The event will take place at the US Cellular Field on September 24, and will be the first ever festival at the venue.

Prior to announcing the festival, a Chicago date was conspicuously missing from the tour schedule, suggest that Chance was definitely cooking up something special.

Tickets will be available on the artist's website today at 6PM EST.

In June, Skrillex and Chance teamed up to remix a Stephen Colbert monologue about cereal, and in March they remixed OWSLA affiliates Hundred Waters' "Show Me Love" into four minute of blindingly gleeful joy.
