Deadmau5 Trolls Bieber and Jack Ü with a Busted Recorder and His Cat

Trolling on SoundCloud is the new trolling on Twitter.

It seems all the heart-hands in the world couldn't temper Deadmau5's acerbic wit from flooding the internet. It's hard not to be on his shit list, especially if your name is Not-His-Cat. This time, though, the trolling has graduated from social media to music, which is good because we're talking about music, but bad because we're talking about how bad it was purposely made to be.

Earlier today, the Canadian electro-house star updated his SoundCloud page, fittingly titled fuckmylife, with a 34-minute clip titled "where im at,' (sic) spoofing Justin Bieber and Jack Ü's tune "Where Are Ü Now." The instrumentation on the remake is stripped back to a few Vengeance samples, an out-of-key recorder, and what seems to be a sample of Joel's cat.

It's hard to say what's more amusing: Deadmau5's incessant trolling or the fact that, somewhere in his mansion-tropolis, he sat there, in the dark, stroking his cat, and making sure the recorder sounded just shitty enough to make Skrillex feel bad. Diplo, of course, is no longer able to feel emotions after he traded the devil his soul for Justin Bieber's BBM pin.

Mau5 then took to socia media with zingers like "Still needs mastering…but I think it's pretty good" and "Why do I even have a recorder?"
