THUMP Spends a Night in Paradise at ADE

An all-access look at the Amsterdam edition of Jamie Jones’ hub for exceptional music, unparalleled energy and dance floor enthusiasm.

Jamie Jones' Paradise is best described as a hub for exceptional music, unparalleled energy and dance floor enthusiasm. Spanning from home-base Ibiza to the BPM Festival, Winter Music Conference and across Europe, the brand has fast become one of the most popular parties on the planet.

Its Amsterdam edition at ADE on October 17 was no different. Hosted by DGTL at the enormous NDSM Scheepsbouwloods warehouse—in an old shipyard beautifully located on the waterfront of the city harbour—Paradise brought a fine selection of their greatest artists (Magda, The Martinez Brothers, Richy Ahmed, Patrick Topping, wAFF, Jamie himself and more) in a showcase for the books.

In order to fully document the experience, THUMP sent photographer Alec Thomas to capture the sights, lights and spirit of Paradise ADE.

The devil is in the details with DGTL playing off the industrial vibe of the venue.

Abandoned shipyard warehouse? Check. Paradise squad? Check. Let's do this!

Hot Creations heavyweight Richy Ahmed rocks the main room with his blazing brand of bumping house.

True to form, Magda turns things up a notch all while maintaining her poker-faced demeanour.

When in Amsterdam…

Hats off to the DGTL and Paradise teams for throwing one of the best jams of the week!
