Your Guide to Movement Detroit 2015 Afterparties

It probably isn’t humanly possible to make it to every event, but that shouldn’t stop you from trying.

In less than two weeks, tens of thousands of rabid dance music fans will descend on Hart Plaza in Detroit for Movement Electronic Music Festival, once again turning the city into the Mecca of Techno.

The three-day event, which takes place May 23 to 25, will bring 141 performers ranging from veterans like Richie Hawtin and Kevin Saunderson to festival newcomers Disclosure and Dog Blood. Hell, even Snoop Dogg is making an appearance, closing out the main stage as DJ Snoopadelic on day three (we're still scratching our heads on that one). While the event's lineup and six diverse stages are undeniably impressive, veterans of the festival all know that the party doesn't stop at midnight.

The entire Memorial Day weekend is packed with a boatload of afterparties, some featuring artists who aren't even performing at the main festival. From THUMP's back-to-back-to-back afterparties at the Leland City Club to the Masonic Temple Fountain Ballroom, here is our guide to ten incredible Movement parties. It probably isn't humanly possible it to make to every event, but that shouldn't stop you from trying.
