Amp Live Lays Down the Northern Nights Vibe with This Pre-Fest Mix

Northern Nights Music Festival in Northern California, July 17-19, has fast established itself as a home for bass music laced with a touch of hip hop and a whole lotta house. This year, Black Star, the double-punch combo of Talib Kweli and Mos Def, will be headlining alongside the likes of Shlohmo, The Polish Ambassador, and Sweater Beats.

In celebration of that unique vibe, performing artist Amp Live has put together a mix that roves through the NNMF lineup and will get you in the appropriate headspace to turn up in the woods. It kicks off with Monophonics and Black Star and weaves through so much of the lineup while dropping a couple Amp Live originals in the process.
