Snakehips Is Finally Coming to the US

Peep the duo's tour dates and check out their new remix right here.

The release of a new Snakehips remix is always a cause for celebration, but this latest offering comes with an added bonus: A US tour. That's right, London-based duo's rework of Raury's "Cigarettes" heralds their Stateside debut, which launches October 16 at New York's chic club Slake. From there, Oliver Lee and James Carter will zig-zag across the country alongside Parisian beatmaker Stwo and eventually wind up in Canada—check below for a full list of tour dates. As for the song itself, Snakehips' version of "Cigarettes" pits tender vocals against hollow, booming drum hits, surging synths, and manic arpeggios. Add this one to the list of highly satisfying Snakehips remixes, along with their reworks of tracks from Banks, The Weeknd, and Bondax, all of which you can find here.
