This is probably the only time you'll see Scuba, Mr. G, Rrose, and David Lynch on the same track list. Evidently, the mind behind our latest MIXED BY set knows no boundaries, both within the worlds of house and techno, and between broader music worlds at large. Of course, !!! is much more than just a dancefloor crowd pleaser—the sixtet combines pop-punk influences with house's pulsing groove to create some of the best dance-punk we've heard in years. The band definitely keeps a close watch on the dance music world, as its remix EP from last spring featured the handiwork of Brooklyn's rising house stars Anthony Naples and Alex Burkat. Thus, it's really no surprise that frontman Nic Offer knows how to create a compelling DJ set, and we've got the proof: our latest MIXED BY comes from Offer himself.
