Flamingods: "Taishōgoto" (Video)

Flamingods new video looks and sounds like the Middle East on hallucinogenics.
Ryan Bassil
London, GB

Flamingods met while out in Bahrain. They’ve since moved to London, played an eight hour set in their chalet at ATP and released a debut album. Now, they’ve put out a visual accompaniment to lead single Taishōgoto.

Directed by slush puppy cool LDN band, Beaty Heart, the kaleidoscopic video features three essential motifs for any souk indebted band - camels, boobs and iridescent patterns. The perfect combination for a spiked hookah ride into a dehydrated mirage of Middle Eastern afterlife.
