Dan Shake Serves Up Jazz, House, and a Side of Acid on "Traders II"

Disclaimer: you're never going to want this one to end.

It's pretty good to be Dan Shake these days. Hailing from the UK, the rising artist found his first release 3 AM Jazz Club, released on Moodymann's famed Mahogani Music label, becoming the first artist outside of Detroit to gain the accolade, a monumental feat for any producer in the dance music world. Now in February of 2015, Shake has released a splendid new 12" on Black Acre entitled Out of Sight, the B-side of which we have streaming above.

Joining forces with Canadian artist Rennie Foster, as well as Alfons Fear on trumpet, "Trader II" presents a soothing medley of acid-synths, shuffling house rhythms, and swirling brass croons. Quite simply, it's one of those tracks you never want to end.
