Billy Kenny's Dirtybird Campout Mix Brings More Heat than a Campfire

Billy Kenny has been making waves on all sides of the pond since launching This Ain't Bristol in 2014. The label's sound is like a continental European extension of West Coast house vibes––deep but upbeat, weird but accessible, and with enough groove and attitude to keep both your brain and your feet in motion for hours.

In preparation for a big showing at the upcoming first edition of the Dirtybird Campout, October 2-3 in Southern California, Billy's put together the first in a series of mixes inspired by the activities you can get up to in the woods, in this instance––whittling.

The mix features some choice cuts from the This Ain't Bristol roster like Maximono and Pete Graham & Manta, while THUMP favs Kry Wolf, Walker & Royce, Cassian, Maribou State, and Hannah Wants all appear.

We're tempted to make a Wet Hot American Summer reference here, but Wet Hot British-German Autumn doesn't quite have the same ring to it.
