Josh Butler hit it big last year with "Got A Feeling," a bright-eyed house tune with a beat that slaps like wet feet on pavement. The remix by Bontan and Pleasurekraft topped Beatport's list of the highest-selling remix of the year are are still on the list of most Shazam'd track in Ibiza, even an entire year after the release. He followed up that hit with the No Frills EP on Kerri Chandler's MadTech imprint. It's a fitting title for an artist who holds down the well-tested and beloved elements of soulful house music—and that's exactly what he does in the set he contributed to our MIXED BY series. This one winds through some of Butler's forthcoming releases, including his rework of Ellie Goulding, as well as cuts from the likes of Tender Games and PAWSA, all recorded live during Josh's recent performance at the legendary MTA Records night at London hotspot, The Nest.
