London Grime MC and producer Novelist dropped two tracks this past week that punch straight to the mouth.

On "Hoax," co-produced by Novelist-affiliate PREM, Novelist issues battle challenges galore as a primed and pumped beat bobs around him. The MC goes quiet on "Casper Riddim" allowing for some menacing and foreboding production work to take center stage, and practically daring challenger MC's to throw a verse on it.

Both tracks appear under the aegis of Novelist's newly christened Ruff Sound Movement, the MC's crusade to create a new grime sound as he stated on Twitter:

I'm trying to invent a new sound. That Ruff Sound. The new UK underground sound. Love it or hate it but I'm trying. You can't stop us.
