Sound Pellegrino is a label helmed by French DJs Teki Latex and Orgasmic who have been championing the urban bass sounds of Paris since as long as anyone can remember. First, they were a part of leftfield rap group TTC then they started this label called Institubes, where they incubated a whole bunch of artists such as Surkin and Para One. With Sound Pellegrino, they apply their hip-hop edge and, let it be said, fabulous since of style and humor to house music. They're currently celebrating the four-year anniversary of the label with the SND.PE vol. 01 compilation, featuring music from friends like Modeselektor, Jean Nipon, Canblaster and many more.
