How to Clean a Record in One Simple .GIF

Say "hhnnnnggg" with utmost satisfaction as you peel dirt away.

Vinyl is popular again. We all agree on this. With its revival comes the vexing problem of how to clean the damn things (assuming that you actually play them, that is). Long-time collectors and people as catastrophically old as our Editor-in-Chief may know, but for millennials it's an entirely new, unforseen issue.

What is to become of the fresh-faced young audiophile? All they want is to listen to Alesso presses in glorious high fidelity audio. Rather than rob them of that right, imgur user undercovergiraffe (I know, I know) has translated an otherwise boring how-to by YouTuber ghettofunk13 (ugh, yes, I know) into a language we can all understand: .GIF.

The process will make you fizz and involves wood glue. Due to chemical similarities between the glue and record it only attaches to the dust, dirt, and fingerprint oil that accumulate over time, leaving itself to be separated from the record with a satisfying "hnnnnnggg."
