DJ Kiti's Latest Mix is a Deep, Dark Love Letter to The House of Mince

Listen to her hour-long celebration of the Sydney party-throwers' 4th birthday.

Over a decade spinning wax, DJ Kiti has become a staple in Melbourne and Sydney's music scene in many ways. Her dark techno and house selections have resonated hardest in the fierce and thriving underground of Australia's LGBT scene. In particular as an integral component of Sydney's notorious party throwers The House of Mince since the early Mince Meat warehouse days. In fact it was Kim Moyes of The Presets who famously cited one of Kiti's memorable DJ sets at one of these early parties as inspiration for a track that became "Fast Seconds", admitting "I even think the working title of the sketch was 'Mince Meat'."

On that accord she's will be playing their 4th birthday bash next week and kindly crafted an exclusive THUMP mix dedicated as a love note to The House Of Mince. It's oozing with a dark deep selection of proper electro, techno and house from a tad under the ground to celebrate all their glory years they've shared.

Super OpenAir | The House of Mince 4th Birthday is taking place on the 14th of June at The Factory Theatre. Because we like you we are giving away a few double passes. Email us at aucomps@vice.com.
