SAFIA won't help your Insomnia with their New Video for "Counting Sheep"

No sleep 'til Splendour is perhaps the new motto for electro outfit SAFIA. The Canberra three-piece were announced today on the line-up for the essential annual festival happening in July. We're not sure we'll be getting much sleep either after watching their chilling cinematic vision for "Counting Sheep", the latest single. Described by the group as their evil side showing, "Counting Sheep" is a sinister sibling to last year's "Paranoia, Ghosts & Other Sounds." There's eerie vocal treatments, odd samples, and creeping synth melodies all propelled by a slow electro pulse. Watch the video above to make your own heart freeze.
