Berlin-via-Santiago producer Ricardo Villalobos has announced his next release, for which he's resuscitated the moniker Richard Wolfsdorf. MDRNTY002 will be released in January, and features two spaced-out tracks, "Fiva 1" and "Fiva 2," which find the producer serving up a trademark dose of woozy minimalism.

The 12" will arrive by way of the label arm of Swiss festival MDRNTY; while no audio from the record has been officially released, you can hear snippets on Juno's webstore. It will mark the artist's fourth release under the alias, following 2005's "Buena Onda" single.

Villalobos recently contributing a wormhole of a remix to Rome and Berlin-based producer DJ Red's Raw Cacao EP. He also partnered up with fellow Santiago-based producer Luis Ordenes, aka Umho, to celebrate Chilean label Drumma Records' 15th anniversary with the Melo De Melo EP.

Villalobos' new record will be released January 16.
