Watch a Schoolgirl's Solo Parking Lot Dance-Off in Terror Jr's "heartbreaks" Video

"The American dream feels fragile right now. And for many it's a new beginning. Fear and hope."

Ever since their debut single "3 Strikes" was featured in a Kylie Jenner lipgloss commercial earlier this year, there's been plenty of mystery surrounding self-described "dream pop supergroup" Terror Jr. We know the trio consists of producers Felix Snow and David "Campa" Singer-Vine (formerly one half of the Cateracs, the production duo behind Far East Movement's "Like A G6," among others), but the identity of singer "Lisa Terror" remains unknown.

Today the group has shared a new video for "heartbreaks," a catchy, minimalist track, which name-checks political and pop culture figures including Bill Cosby, Nick Cannon, Omarosa, and Steve Bannon. The colourful two-minute visual follows a schoolgirl as she exits an unmanned police car, and proceeds to dance around a parking lot occupied by a bolo-wearing older man holding a handful of white balloons.

"We shot a bunch of footage this year that we've collected for visuals. Painting "Bop City" if you will," Singer-Vine told THUMP over email. "The American dream feels fragile right now. And for many it's a new beginning. Fear and hope. We're affected, and we wanted to express that."
