Flemish Trio Vuurwerk Flips Arsenal's "Lie Low" Into a Slice of Dark Dance Heaven

This tune is like a solar eclipse. We're still figuring out what that means.

Everyone has their tastes, and while many yearn for dance music littered with glittering synth works and enough piano-housery to satisfy the lovechild of MK and Billy Joel, some of us just want to get sucked into a wormhole of stuff that's deep as the Mariana Trench. This new remix of Arsenal's "Temul (Lie Low)" from fellow-Flemmish (that's Belgian for all you geographically challenged folk) duo VUURWERK is about as dark as a solar eclipse, meaning it's overly broody, but with a few peeking aspects of light, mostly in the form of some upward churning instrumentation.

The pair has been working day and night to establish themselves as one of their home nations most captivating electronica acts, and after the release of their buzzworthy ME+ONE EP, and of course this emotive, shadow-filled remix, they are on a fast-track to becoming one of their nation's notable exports, besides chocalates, Soulwax, and that one girl you made out with while backpacking, of course.
