British band Gorillaz just shared a new track from their forthcoming album Humanz. "Let Me Out," a hard-hitting yet soulful collaboration with rapper Pusha T and gospel/blues singer Mavis Staples, premiered earlier today on Beats 1 radio as host Zane Lowe's "World Record." Listen to it below.

Earlier in the broadcast, Gorillaz' Damon Albarn revealed to Lowe that he is working on an estimated 40-45 songs that didn't make it onto the album, including a collaboration with rapper Little Simz. "I've done another 22 [songs] since I've finished the record because the world is very different now, isn't it?" he added.

"Let Me Out" is the latest in Gorillaz' Humanz roll-out after the band debuted a whopping four tracks last month, including collaborations with Popcaan, Vince Staples, D.R.A.M., and Savages' Jehnny Beth. That same weekend, they performed their first live show in five years at London's Printworks. Humanz, will also include team-ups with Grace Jones, Kelela, Danny Brown, De La Soul, and more.

Coinciding with the album's release on April 28, Gorillaz will launch interactive installations around the world. Set to pop up in Brooklyn (April 21–23), Berlin (April 28) and Amsterdam (May 6), the "spirit houses"—named for their "Saturnz Barz" collaboration with Popcaan—will recreate a haunted house with custom artwork, digital projects, and new Gorillaz music. Later this summer, they'll perform at their new Demon Dayz festival in England and make their first North American live appearance in seven years at Festival d'été de Québec in Canada.
