Epic Empire’s “On Your Side” Video Goes Medieval-Urban

Epic Empire describes his music as "enthusiastic past and future bass", but that concept is pretty puzzling. The music video for his new single "On Your Side (OYS)" does the explaining.

Set in an urban playground of neon lights and foggy cityscapes, two hoodie-clad characters chase each other through the streets. Pair this with a future pop vocal from LikesBerry and it gives the perfect contemporary aesthetic. That is, except for the medieval times helmets they're both wearing. Strolling through a bustling city while looking like a clumsily dressed Monty Python characters definitely gives that "past and future" feel Epic Empire seems to stand by.

"OYS" is the first single off Epic Empire's self-titled EP. On par with his previous work, Epic Empire continues to wade in the pools of free expression with an unquenchable creativity.

Epic Empire is due out on April 22 via Tealer Records.
