As the old saying goes, April showers bring festival-season anthems, and just on time here's Diplo, Young Thug, and Justin Bieber with the year's first stadium-destroyer. Co-produced by Boaz and King Henry and also featuring Rich the Kid, "Bank Roll" dropped today over at the Mad Decent founder's SoundCloud, and its another of his classically blunt bangers.Like the best stuff in this mold, the track is simply effective. It's built around just a few notes in a slowly moving bass line, but each one feels specially designed to shake the foundation of the festival stage it'll inevitably be blaring out from. A chirping melody rings out in the background, bringing a little bit of color to the destruction as Thug and Rich the Kid do their vocal Cirque Du Soleil act.It's actually kind of easy to miss Bieber the first time around because—unlike to his previous Diplo collabs—he's not offering his drippy neon singing. Nope, right around the 40-second mark the Purpose singer shows up for a surprisingly nimble verse about the perils of fame and binge drinking. Bieber's not new to rapping, but this is probably his most involved entry in subset of his catalog, so that's cool. Listen below.
