ROOM8 Bring the 80s Power Ballad to the Club with "Nobody's Fool"

The 2014 version is much better.

This little number fits right in somewhere between Chromeo's funkified lovin' and Daft Punk's futuristic robot sonic perfection. It's a sped-up dance version of the rock band Cinderella's song of the same name from 1986. Brace yourself: this is what a "power ballad" for the dark dingy club generation sounds like.

"Nobody's Fool" is an electric guitar-heavy dance jam featuring vocals by Jesika Miller and guitar by Richie Zito, who happens to be Giorgio Moroder's guitar player.  It's meant for late night riding up and down the valley's of LA, so just jump in the Delorean and make it happen. It's fitting becuase ROOM8 is the Los Angeles duo of Ezra Reich and Nic Johns, heavily inspired by sci-fi and the night sky. Stay tuned for their debut EP Transduction coming soon
