Killing It: Haters Gonna Hate Edition

Would you spend $50,000 for a table at the Tiesto show?

There's enough gossip going around the world of electronic music that it probably deserves its own TMZ, Gawker, and Perez Hilton. We keep track of the drama, the beef, the LOLs, the dramatic build-ups, and the tragic drops so you don't have to. Now, let's see who killed it this week.

LEAVE SKRILLEX ALONE!
It was recently announced that Skrillex will be playing a series of small shows in Brooklyn—including one at Output, the Williamsburg technotopia that has a strict "Berlin policy" of no photography. While we were thinking, "Whoa—good luck Output" because that will probably be a nightmare for the door staff, we were laughing because as usual, people seem to be angry about this. Can a dude live a little?

Also, cue trance account mad about trance.

DIPLO STEALS FROM CHILDREN
And the Diplo hate continues after the whole ripping-off-Children (the band) incident that we mentioned last week. New Orleans DJ Musa called him out and got quite the response it seems. Are we responding to all our haters now? Isn't that exhausting Wes? He must get a lot of those.

HATERS GONNA HATE
Hey remember Bombaman? He used to make pretty cool tunes. We haven't heard from him in a while and when we went to check what he was up to we found out he has been spending more time hating than making music. This is an example of what you shouldn't do when you are an up-and-coming producer. Also how many people have gone on Boiler Room and not even actually DJed off of records or CDs? 10,000? Chill out dude—go make some new tunes.

ZOMBOY REINVENTION

This week Zomboy posted a vine of a house song he was working on saying, "nothing like a little change for sanity's sake." The clip of the tune sounded like what

some

people these days have decided to call "deep house" (hint: it isn't actually deep house). Zomboy, before you change your sound you should really change your name. Come on son.

POP CHAMPAGNE
Looking for a place to party on New Years Eve? Tiesto is playing at LIV in Miami and a you can get a table for 15 people for $50,000. What? Don't worry you guys can just split it up and it will be fun.

RAVER GIFT GUIDE
The holidays are coming up and Vibe magazine posted their own ravers' gift guide to the holidays, and while we think it's cute we also think that Vibe should stick to hip-hop. A Mophie? So your phone can stay charged during the rave? You are supposed to be dancing not Shazaming and tweeting. Come ON guys!

WILL I EVER STOP?

Oh look! Will.I.Am is ripping off people's music again and this time it's for Britney Jean Spears. The Internet is saying he ripped off Avicii's "Wake Me Up" for this tune—like we really need to hear it again. Once again people are surprised about this. You be the judge.

STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM
Beacon Economics reported that Insomniac's Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas brought $278 million into Sin City over a three day period. The festival has brought a total of $621 million in the past 3 years. Maybe Pasquale should start bringing these things to Haiti and Africa? The last thing Vegas needs is more money to spend.
