Popular Ibiza hotel and open-air venue Ibiza Rocks has had its music license temporarily suspended by local authorities for failing to comply with San Antonio's noise regulations.

During an inspection on July 24, Ibiza Rocks failed to comply with noise and vibration regulations. According to reports from Diario De Ibiza, the venue also moved a stage, blocking a fire exit and altering their requirements for safety and evacuation. The suspension officially went into effect on September 14, but it can be removed once the venue complies with the necessary changes.

This is not the first time nightlife venues in Ibiza have been under fire. San Antonio council members voted earlier this year to ban construction on new beach clubs or open-air establishments. Earlier this month, Ibiza clubs Pacha and Ushuaïa were raided by the police.
