Rusko's New EP Has Some Bonkers Tunes

If Stevie Wonder was a video game and you were on crack, this is what you'd hear.

Rusko's back. The holy mulletted one has been all over the place since moving to Los Angeles. The dubstep gamechanger progressed beyond 140bpm vibes to drum & bass and elsewhere with prior releases, but on his upcoming ! EP, he's on some wonky post-genre clusterfuck tip. Don't believe us? We've got the exclusive on two of the cuts below.

If Stevie Wonder was a video game and you were on crack, this is what your ears would experience. "Rusko's Theme" is the most leftfield tune we've ever heard from the mulletted maestro, and it is absolutely fucking awesome. This is like 8-bit speed-jazz. People had accused Rusko of running out of inspiration, but he's just gone ahead and shat on all of those people. Bravo

"My Style" has some 808 booty bass swag goin' on. With all those low slung horns, we were half expecting Ludacris to drop a verse. Keep an ear out for the bossy outro, which is so dark that it's traversing into grime territory. It's rad to see Rusko on his game.

The EP drops tomorrow, July 29, and these tracks are not the extent of Rusko's sonic safari on the EP.
