Grime is the sound of 2014. It's built on the silicon synths and sci-fi sound design of your favorite dystopian anime, plus the energy and urgency of a movement that is constantly transforming. On top of that, it's got an unmistakable human touch that gets modern-day borgs on their feet. This month they've dropped off a mix from Mark Taylor, the British grime and garage producer and RinseFM DJ more commonly known as Royal-T. For this THUMP mix, Royal-T goes all the way in from the trap lord A$AP Ferg to Deadbeat's deep house and Skepta's grime bars, mixing in his own flavor along the way.
