Dolman's Debut Album Is A Glitch in the Matrix

Even Discogs doesn't know about the goth-centric video for "Monobrow."

Like a glitch in the matrix, we've found a release that has slipped through the cracks in Discog's database—and this is the second time that's happened so far this week. This time, the all-encompassing record index has missed the debut LP from Dolman, the joint endeavor by Bristolian producers Ben Salisbury (who works with Portishead's Geoff Barrow as DROKK) and Scott Hendy (aka Domino alumnus Malachai). The duo's first collaborative effort dropped last month on a fledgling Bristol imprint called Inflexion Point, and now a video for one of the tracks has surfaced. "Monobrow" has a Detroit electro vibe, with tinny drums and cinematic strings, and the visuals match the macabre mood with abstract CGI visuals of skulls and black hearts made of molten metal.
