Avicii Will Be Replaced By Kygo at TomorrowWorld Next Weekend

This is the rising tropical house star's time to shine.

Earlier this month, Avicii cancelled all of his scheduled appearances indefinitely due to health issues—a move that heated up rumors of the superstar DJ's alcohol struggles. While he recuperates in Stockholm, young tropical house star Kygo has been tapped to take his headlining slot at next weekend's TomorrowWorld festival in Georgia. Kygo, a 23-year-old Norwegian who came into prominence with a string of extremely successful bootleg remixes on SoundCloud, was recently snapped up by Ultra Records. The TomorrowWorld set, which will take place on the festival's main stage on Friday, September 26 from 6:15pm to 7:15pm, will be one of the young producer's biggest appearances to date. It's only a sign of bigger things to come.
