Peckham-Based Radio Station Balamii is Moving to New York

Their Manhattan output will start broadcasting later this summer.

Exciting news everybody: Balamii, the SE15 based radio station that's played host to the likes of Axel Boman, DJ Sottofett, and Chaos in the CBD since launching back in 2015 has decided to open up a brand new studio in New York!

The skyscraper-lined streets of downtown Manhattan might look a little different to Rye Lane, but we're sure that station manager James Browning knows what he's doing. The plan is to broadcast from the beating heart of south east London from 9AM-9PM GMT before switching over to the US stream at 4PM EST. Which basically means you'll never be short of something great to listen to ever again.

To get yourself in the mood for Balamii's big American journey why not listen back to what might just be the best set the station's ever broadcast. We might be a tad bias here, but honestly…

Balamii starts broadcasting in New York later this summer.
