Thee Cool Cats Serve Cruel Dance Floor Temptations with their New Tune “Swerve”

Get to know these flag-bearers of the Mexicali scene with their new G-House beat for Toolroom.

Thee Cool Cats are the freshest felines in dance music since Ed Banger's clothing line shut down.

Hailing from the west coast of the USA, the two have spread their sound across the continent and beyond with massive releases on Bunnytiger, CUFF, Nurvous and Get Physical. Their new track "Swerve," is sure to increase that international appeal. This is their third release with Mark Knight's Toolroom Records and displays the duo's standard for quality engineering and infectious grooves. The song will be released on January 5th and will be featured on Toolroom Mexico compilation, also mixed by the duo.

But the track isn't just a G-house banger―there's a chance you might catch some 'feelings' during the second breakdown. This blend of love and bass line seems to be part of the group's trademark. That same combination earned them support from the legendary, Green Velvet on their last Toolroom release, "Everything You Got."

Get to know these flag bearers of the Mexicali music scene with the exclusive premiere of their track above. If you're in Toronto, be sure to catch the duo on Saturday December 13 at RYZE.
