Joel Shanahan a.k.a. Golden Donna, who was scheduled to perform at the Ghost Ship in Oakland when a deadly fire broke out at the DIY venue, today released a compilation album called Carousel Hold.

Available on Bandcamp, all the proceeds from the album will go to relief funds for victims of the fire. Half will go to the Immediate Oakland Fire Relief Fund which supports travel, housing, and other necessities for victims and their families, and the rest to the Samuel (Peaches) Maxwell Ghost Ship Fire Survivor Fund which benefits attendee Peaches's medical recovery.

Today, Bandcamp is also donating its share of proceeds to the American Civil Liberties Union.
