Deadmau5 Announces Retrospective Double Album

Just don't call it a greatest hits record!

On November 25th Deadmau5 will release 5 years of mau5, a compilation double-album encompassing his music from his 2008 album Random Album Title to his most recent release of while(1<2). Despite being a retrospective release, the double album will highlight the beloved hits of his catalogue in addition to including exclusive new remixes from friends of his record label, Mau5trap.

The man inside the mouse head, Joel Zimmerman (Also known at THUMP's biggest fan), is one of the world's most revered electronic music producers. Zimmerman has reached international chart topping horizons from both his singles and albums - all the way from "I Remember" to "Avaritia." Live, he's played and headlined practically every festival possible and he's achieved monumental wins in the industry - notably when he played the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards (in its first ever telecast performance highlighting electronic music)

With over 9 million fans and growing on Facebook and as the first electronic artist to have his own Rolling Stone cover, 5 years of mau5 will be the chronicle to attest to his legend in progress.

Deadmau5's next performance will mark his return to the U.S. for HARD Day of the Dead on November 1st in Southern California.
