Have you ever found yourself wondering, "What's that song where Iggy Pop does a guest spoken word thing and says 'The secret of our happiness is unconditional love'?" The answer is "Stray Dog," by English band New Order, off their 2015 album Music Complete. Now, in 2016, they've created a beer of the same name in collaboration with Lancashire independent brewery Moorehouse's.Clocking in at 4.2% ABV, their brew is of the golden ale variety, promising to carry "hints of citrus fruit and lychee, all balanced by a subtle bitterness," according to a statement from the manufacturers. Brewed using American Cascade, Centennial and Willamette hops, along with English Maris Otter malt, it will be available in casks in the UK and a 500ml bottled version later in the year.The band made a statement to go with the announcement: "It's been a pleasure to work with Moorhouse's of Burnley on our first foray into the brewing business," they said.
