Floating Points, Daniel Avery, Laidback Luke, and More Are Bringing Heat to the 8th Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival

Get ready for one of Brooklyn's finest weekends.

For New Yorkers, the crisp fall breeze in the air means two things: time to get ready for at least three polar vortexes this winter… and the arrival of Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival (BEMF), one of the finest underground happenings the city has to offer. For its 8th edition, BEMF (November 6-7, 2015) is delivering an exceptionally fire lineup, and THUMP is jazzed to be an official media partner.

Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival Recap: An All-You-Can-Eat Dance Buffet Never Tasted So Good

This year's shenanigans are spread across eight venues in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with a pass entitling you access to all of them. Between the two opening pre-parties and a glory-lap closing morning brunch, there's pretty much something for every kind of punter: a live set from Floating Points; house OGs MK, Armand Van Helden, and NYC godfathers Master at Work; techno dons Matrixxmann and Daniel Avery; local faves Doctor Jeep and Mike Simonetti; hip-hop-laced fire from Snakehips; and a b2b from real-life married couple Laidback Luke and Gina Turner. That's not even the lot of 'em. Check out the full BEMF 2015 lineup below. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 12PM—see you cats on the dancefloor.
