UK-based dance music misfit Floating Points announced a follow-up EP to last year's debut album Elaenia today. The two-track Kuiper offers more of Sam Shepherd's signature blend of hazy synths, gentle drums, and jazzy modules. Take a moment to watch a live performance of the title track below, it will bring some lightness to your day.

Shepherd's much-anticipated Elaenia came out in November to runaway success; THUMP naming it the fifth best album of 2015.

Kuiper will be out on July 22 on Luaka Bop in the US and on the producer's own label, PLUTO, in the UK. He's also on tour in the US this spring, see the tour dates beneath the video.
