Kitsuné Maison's Sweet 16 Has All the Thrills of a High School Pizza Party, Without the Carbs

We've got the first track, from Parisian producer Fakear, right here.

When I was sixteen, my best friend got his first BJ in the handicapped washroom of Vancouver's largest mall. It was a triumph of teenage expression and a testament to all that the world held if you could just reach out and take it. Maybe you have a different experience—maybe you got your driver's license, went disco bowling, or chugged Malibu until you vomited. Kitsuné, however, have always done things differently.

The Sweet Sixteen Issue of their widely adored compilation series, Kitsuné Maison, will be reaching ears across the globe in November and like the Scorpios who share its birthday, is filled with sultry, hot-headed passion. It's a symphony of vocal brilliance and if you told us that it was one of their best compilations to date, you'd be hard-pressed to find someone at THUMP who disagreed with you.

Rather than keep you all waiting we're premiering a first glimpse of the release right here and now, courtesy of Fakear. "Interstellar" is an evolution of the concepts that the Parisian musician established in his recent Sauvage EP and showcases beautifully everything there is to love about France's newest wave of producers.

Look for The Sweet Sixteen Issue of Kitsuné Maison on November 3rd featuring Buscabulla, Margot, danglo, Croquet Club, and 12 other phenomenal musicians.
