The last few weeks have been a wild ride for LCD Soundsystem fans. First they returned from a supposedly permanent band breakup with the seasonal surprise ballad "Christmas Will Break Your Heart." The following week bandleader James Murphy took to Facebook to explain that the crew would be re-uniting for realsies—releasing a new album in 2016, headlining Coachella alongside Guns N' Roses, and going on tour."It wasn't intended to be [a hiatus]," Murphy wrote. "But there you go. We're all going to die some day, so you change your mind."Now the latest development: Pat, Nancy and James will headline at Panorama, the new NYC festival run by Coachella producers AEG. It was originally slated to go down at Flushing Meadows Park in Corona, Queens, though that initial proposal was rejected by the city—and they've relocated to Randall's Island.
