Haitian megastar EDM DJ, Michael Brun, is a mensch. When he's not bringing down the house at countless music festivals across the world, he moonlights as an ambassador for Artists for Peace and Justice, a nonprofit Haitian charity organization founded by film director, Paul Haggis. The institution also supports a Haitian music school, The Audio Institute, whose mission is to maintain and foster Haitian musical talent. Brun sits on its board of advisors."Wherever I Go" was produced at the Institute where Brun collaborated with a number of Haitian artists, including BélO and J. Perry. A blend of RaRa, Konpa, and EDM, "Wherever I Go" highlights Port au Prince's diversity of sounds and brings them together into a unique communion.All proceeds from the track's sales and streams will go to support Artists For Peace and Justice, the Audio Institute, and other art and health initiatives in Haiti. To support the release, Brun will embark on a 14-city North American tour, beginning in Houston on February 18."Wherever I Go" is now out on Brun's own Kid Coconut Records.
