Wax Motif's Splash House Photo Diary—"It Was Sweaty, but It Felt so Good"

Turning up never looked so chill.

Splash House enjoyed a characteristically scorching outing in Palm Springs this past weekend. Everyone from Shiba San to Tokimonsta, Jonas Rathsman and Com Truise hit the decks to scantily clad crowds of beautiful people and inflatable dinosaurs.

One thing about Splash House is that it's a kicked back hangout for DJs as much as partiers, so we got perennial Splash House rabble rouser Wax Motif to send along a photo journal of his time in the desert.

What follows is a lot of leaping into pools (quite spectacularly), loungin', ragin', and lookin' classy:

Calm before the storm…

Pre-set preparation. It says "Wedding Mix" cos I was trying to find some classic, throwback jams

Babes and bombs. What more could you ask for?

Amazing vibes during my set. It was sweaty but it felt so good!

Known my dawg Jonah for a long time. He has supported me since day one along with Bones, Matt and Troy and the rest of the GDD crew.

Dirty talk with Cara and the Maxim Magazine crew.

The after-party in an aircraft museum was lit! Was so dope getting to watch Kittens and Jai Wolf play too.
