Option4, aka Brennan Bryarly (say that ten times fast), describes his sound as "more house than tech, more deep than disco," and we would have to agree with his assessment. He creates stellar deep house, with a twist of textured bounce that assures it won't be pidgeonholed. His melodic, underwater grooves are something like a Soundcloud spin on classic Chicago house for the Colorado festival crowd. His latest free offering "Late Night Drop" features a head-bobbing bassline and a drowsy Dirty South vocal that makes me reminiscent of Mike Jones. Remember him? I hope so. Option4 comes from the land that oozes legal buddah and some great electronic music, otherwise known as Denver, Colorado—and although he's a newcomer on the scene, his sound is sure to turn some heads.Option4's "Late Night Drop" is out now on Night Supply Records.
